Okay, I am having a very hungry day where everything in the world looks and sounds good! I am being careful not to eat everything, but what do you guys do to keep yourself from going over calories on "those days" where everything looks good?

I try to take a little bit to curb that craving or desire. As I do that I walk away so I wont be near the item any longer and temptation will be gone.0

I have these days often, I used to give in to my urges, but "think" i was maintaining things, eating less than a serving, etc. until i realized all of my different "tastes" added up to more calories than a meal. Now when I am hungry and need a snack i pick a snack that is going to fill me, but I am usually at my snackiness when I'm bored, so i get up and do something, short walk, go talk to a coworker, etc.0

Whenever I am starving, I eat a carefully measured ounce of cashews or almonds. They really make me feel full so I can make it until my next meal.0
