Hoping to Get Back On Track

Hi there! The name's MJ and I'm excited to join here at MFP. I've heard a lot of great things about the site and I'm hoping it will be a good fit for me!
I lost about 25-30 lbs last year, counting calories on a paid site. Was hoping to make it to my goal weight at the beginning of this year (which I did, around April for one day only) and focus on maintaining. Unfortunately this year has had a lot of stress in it for me and apparently stress is a major trigger for me, more than I ever realized. I've pretty much maintained, which is great, but still frustrating as the scale slightly climbs upward. I don't want to be where I've been so I realize that I need to jump back into the fitness community and get back to the plan I was on last year. Hoping to find some friends on the same track and get myself back on track!
