True, thanks xx0 -
a piece of extra gum is 5 calories...as the Biggest Loser has told me over & over & over again. :happy:0
-
sugar free jello is only 10 calories.0
-
As I recall alcohol has about 9 calories per gram though I don't recommend it.0

I just looked it up. 26 calories in each milk chocolate. I think 30-couple calories are the caramel ones I ate a while back, LOL.0 -
That's depressing. For some reason, I look up all the food I eat unless it is chocolate...and now I know why! LOL0
-
Nothing really enticing then :laugh:0

:noway: Whaaaa? Did you just saying CHOCOLATE wasn't ENTICING?:noway:
BLASPHEMER!!!! Get the torches and pitchforks, folks!0 -
9 cans of Pepsi One
Or you can just forget 9 calories. Or eat your bread stick. It doesn't really matter if that is all you go over.0 -
I'd go quarter that hershey kiss right now if I were you! Talking about not being enticing...whatever. Or, I agree with Anna. Just do 5 min. of jumping jacks & you've cancelled out the 22 cals. from the breadstick.0
-
I never worry if I'm within 100 cals over my goal.
Calories, eaten and exercised, are all appromixations.
But I've really enjoyed batting around something worth eating 9 calories of!0 -
:noway: 9 cals? :noway: Are you doing this just to get your calories? Or are you hungry? If you're doing it to get your carlories...........you can either forget it because it's only 9 calories or.........Or go drink that alcohol timragan was talking about....I DO recommend it  :drinker: :smokin: But 9 calories?:noway: Eat a piece of broccoli :ohwell: Remember there is a deficit already included in your food/meal journal. 9 calories really aren't gonna do anything, and if you go over by a a little you still have a deficit. I wouldn't worry about 9 calories personally. Just keep it close.
But if you are hungry workout to earn more carlories:flowerforyou:0 -
OH..........and go to the community message boards and read the post for newbies. All the answers and there are also ones with several links. It's something that all MFPer's should read. Thanks. And good luck :flowerforyou:0

Haha! Isn't the product placement this season pathetic? And why does it always seem to be Bob promoting jello, milk, gum, etc.?0 -
I think it is getting worse every season. My fav was last season when they were pushing Quaker Oats Weight Sense (or whatever the junk it was called). I was wondering if Bob showed up every single day to make sure they got their Quaker ate. My dh & I have a game where we watch the show together & see if we can sense when a "plug" is coming. I have to say, I'm much better at it than he is. :laugh:0

Ahhhh pickles!
I would have to say no on that pickle.. Although they are low in the calorie department they are also loaded in sodium.. So make sure you read the lables on the jar.. But if you only need 9 calories I would say forget it..0
