Not a single "beep"

Back in January, it always bothered me that the beeps on the elliptical and treadmills at my gym are loud b/c I would get on to start my workout and when it would instruct me to enter my weight, I had to hit that flippin' button and I felt like everyone around me was counting the beeps. The machine automatically starts at 150 and you have to adjust it up or down to get to your weight. That meant I got on and had to "beep" 31 times! And that was already AFTER a substantial weight loss.

Well yesterday, for the first time ever, when it told me to enter my weight ... it was SILENT. Yep. 150. I didn't have to "beep" even one stinking time! I'm sure people wondered why I was trying not to cry and smiling at the same time ... LOL ...

    That is awesome! I love that I now have to LOWER the "starting weight" on the treadmill when I use it. Since they are all set at 150lbs for the starting weight, I have to LOWER it to 145lbs. :)

    This is SUCH an awesome NSV. Every time I go to the gym I have to "beep" about 20 times...and let me tell you, EVERY single time I am self conscious about it and wonder how many people are watching...even though no one probably is, lol. CONGRATS! It must feel great!

    Very inspirational. I am at the phase where I loathe having to enter my weight. I look forward to the day where I no longer have to look around, as if I am putting a secret code, to no longer hear the dreaded BEEP!
