3 day cleanse?

Has anyone done something like this? It would be more like 2 and a half days - friday night, sat, sun. I was originally planning to just make it an all fruits and veggies day (and some nuts for fat) but when I googled it I mostly got juice type things. We do have a juicer so its an option.

Thoughts? Planning to do it next week - tomorrow I'm going to a party so thats a wash.

The BluePrint Cleanse is an all juice cleanse and I've heard it was incredible! So I imagine creating your own would be just as good.

Here is a review of a juicing cleanse. It gives a good insight on the experience.

I've done juice cleanses for up to 7 days. I love it! I feel great and it gets everything cleaned out. The one problem with juicing is it gets expensive....that's the only reason I don't do it more often and for longer. You get very little juice out of an apple (just an example). I use vegetables high in water content like celery or cucumbers. Just mix a lot of vegetables and a little bit of fruit so that it's not really high in sugar, or else it's not really doing you a lot of good.

Check this one out. I did it and felt amazing afterwards and not too bad during either ! The shakes are yummy also.

did you guys find you lost a little extra weight doing this? I don't expect miracles and i dont' have ...ahem...digestive problems or sugar cravings but I'd like to maybe lose an extra pound or half pound from doing this (and keep losing the next week, not lose 5 pounds and gain 4 back)

I did the 3 day cleanse, lost 4lbs and kept it off. I was transitioning from vegetarian to vegan at the time and wanted to do a cleanse inbetween.
    Good luck !
