can I get some help?

I am trying to get my settings on my food diary right for me .. I just dont know where to start. I am 41, current weight 197, wanting to lose about 57 pounds (2 lbs week average). I need some help on the carb/protein ratio. My carbs seem way too high and my protein too low .. I am counting calories and also counting my weight watchers points (old system -- on my own).

I just would like some help/input so I can adjust my settings.

I have my diary and settings on open so anyone can view them until I get the help I need .. thanks !!

    I set mine to 40% carbs, 30% protein and fat. That's an easier goal for me. The defaults in MFP tell you to eat a ton of carbs and little protein. I was always going over protein. I'm trying for 0.5lbs / week.
