I'm not familiar with Insanity but Turbo Fire also does HIIT routines.

It is definitely worth it. I used them to supplement P90X cardio days and they are a great workout.

yeah it is definitely worth it I have dropped 16 pounds in 3 and a half weeks so far I have never felt better Its really intense but its so accomplishing! Ive helped a few people out with it if your interested please let me know and Id be more than happy to help you out and get you more info!

Also each workout for the first month ranges from about 35-55 min its different every day I usually burn over 1000 calories every time check my fitness log ;) and on the second month each workout gets a little longer they are around 60 min :)

You can definitely still tone with Insanity. The biggest plus for me is it requires no weights or additional equipment. Your body is all the equipment you need.

I would recommend Insanity over other programs.

If you want more information on the program or the benefits I have found let me know.

♥ ♥ ♥ Insanity! Great for toning. Don't need additional weights. Dripping sweat by the time you finish the "warm up". I say go for it!
