HELP! I'm In A Funk... & I CAN'T GET OUT OF IT.

Aahhhhhh... ... I Have To Get Out Of This FUNK I Am In! I Can't Figure Out What On Earth Is Wrong With Me... I'm Keeping On Track With My Diet (which I am happy about)... So Why Do I Feel This Way ???? How Do I Get Out Of This FUNK ???? *sigh*

    Two things help me.

    A bubblebath.

    Or some form of very strenuous exercise where I end up sweaty and out of breath, including but not limited to the Nookie. :wink:

    We all go through that from time to time . . .when I realize that im in the midst of one myself I revert back to my "one day at a time" mantra. I figure that even I can stay dedicated to my goal for one measly day. Chop that up further into 1/2 days, or whatever works for you.
    I get up and promise myself right away that I will remain dedicated to myself that day only, and mean it! Pretty soon a day turns into two, then a week, and before you know it you have broken out of your rut.

    when i get in funks i try to work out until i'm super exhausted! that helps a bit just helps me clear my head :).
