Hi, I'm Janice and I live in Florida. I am 66 years old, married to my husband for over 47 years, the mother of 3 grown children and 7 wonderful grandchildren. I have been overweight most of my life, losing and gaining over and over. I have recently lost 41 pounds on another program and have been on a plateau for 10 months and hoping this will help me to loose the rest of the 10 - 15 pounds I want to loose to get me where I want to be.
