Lacking motivation to lose 35 pounds

I am trying to lose 35 pounds that I gained and was not able to get off from my second pregnancy. I started using this website about 2 weeks ago. I have two kids, and work from home. I have a hard time knowing what foods to eat as well as what exercises are the most effective for losing weight and body fat. What exercises are great for toning? I really do not have much time as I am the only income so I find I have to work a lot and by the end of the day I am so exhausted I just want to go to bed. I do not have friends that I could exercise with, and just trying ot find tips and help to stay motivated. I live in FL and it is always so hot so even walking for 5 minutes breaks me out in a sweat. I drink loads of water and have been watching my food choices. I track everything i eat, and I would like to lose these last 35 pounds so that I can get back into my clothes I wore before I got pregnant.

No one exercise is good for toning. You'll have to combine strength training (squats, lunges, tricep dips, bicep curls, hammer curls, crunches, sit ups, oblique twists, etc., leg raises, etc. or you could just use weighted machines at the gym) and cardio. Try elliptical, stationary bike, crossramp, biking, running (as much as you - mix in running & walking to get a great workout without overdoing it).0

im a guy so i dont get preg.. but i def feel you about the weight loss.. i was in kuwait for 6 months and did great until i dislocated my finger.. i had lost 30 lbs and was at 180.. then i dislocated my finger and jumped to 190.. but my waist is still a 34 and now im at 196 because i got home 3 weeks ago and havnt had the motivation.. its hard when you work all day and come home to just want to sit and relax and not do anything even cook in my case. haha. but without seeing someone push you to get out and at least walk 30 mins its hard to get going. i cant help you cuz im in delaware but i can encourage online if that helps any. i myself have to pick my lazy *kitten* up and go out and try to do something. I set goals when i run.. this week i tried getting to a certain telephone pole and back.. next week ill try to get all the way there and back. and so forth. just take little steps and before you know it your gonna say boy i didnt think i could run 5 miles none stop or whatever goal you have. trust me.. doing some sort of exercise for even 30 mins is a great start! even if you cant do it for a full 30 youll get there0
