Help me please!!

I need help. I have fallen off the wagon. I took a week off to study for a big test, then another week off to spend with my fiance.... and now I am back to eating out, eating junk, not loggin my food and not working out. I need help. I was doing so good for so long and now Im back to my old habits. I have gained 3 pounds. Please help me.

Don't let it win! Think about why you started this, get your mind set and jump! You can do this! I'm new here, but I have found that the people on this site are always willing to give you the motivation and support you need. Make the commitment and know that the members of MFP will be beside you every step of this journey0

You can do it!! It is just a little set back. Don't be so hard on yourself. You are only human. Just put them tennies back on and get back on that wagon. At its only 3 pounds and not 30. Old habits can be broken. You just have to keep fighting the good fight. We are cheering you on!! :flowerforyou:0

those 3 pounds might just be bloat from the excess sodium you had while eating crap these last couple weeks & not just fat, welcome back on the wagon. deep breath & jump back on! you've got this! ♥0

You are bigger than that food. Is there someone holding you down and force feeding you junk food??? I didn't think so. Dig way down deep inside and find the motivation you need to get back on the wagon. *tear* Excuse me, I need to go and call my mother.0

You can do this!!!! get focused and keep it for 21 days.....they say it takes 21 days to form a habit and only 3 to BREAK IT. DON"T GIVE UP!!!! your not alone. I am sure there are people all over doing the same thing just afraid to ask for the help. but you have so listen to all your friends on this site and those around you that are encouraging you and get back on track.0

You've already realized the problem, now change!!! Just do it!!! The only way to do it is to MAKE YOURSELF. When I get in a funk, I remind myself of everything I hate about myself and everything I'm throwing away (this last time, 10 of the lbs I'd already lost - and now I have to relose them) and that usually gets me to the gym and healthier foods.0

Two words, my friend......WEDDING DRESS!!! Sounds like you have a week to get back on track and concentrate on yourself...didn't Perry say something about being in GA?? It's time to refocus, regroup, reENERGIZE Ms. Megan!! I'm pullin' for ya...and if you don't get started back, I'll be through Cinci area in about 6 days.....and you'll have to answer to ME....hahahahah!! I know how scared you are of that!! Seriously...take this time and regroup, my friend!!

You can beat this....Set a Goal a small when and get moving...You know what to do.....lets get going.
On a side note: the WHINNING comment is totally not necessary....really......
I appreciate the members that are here, and there are days that just knowing there are others out there going through some of the same problems...having this forum to vent and validate is Great....

We are here for each other, in good times and bad...that is what is the best about MFP....NO JUDGEMENT....0
