hey all!

I'm looking for some quick healthy meal ideas and fitness/weight-loss friends to help keep me accountable/motivated and who i can help keep accountable/motivated!

as far as meals go, i should warn you that i'm quasi vegetarian. not that i made the choice to be, but because i'm ultimately too lazy to cook meet (for me, it takes forever. maybe because i'm impatient with my own cooking... :-/ ).

any ideas?
