New kid on the block

Hi - I've been recommended to try out this website to help me count my calories and exercise. I've lost 90 pounds through WW over 2 years ago and now I've had about 20 pounds creep back on; my friends told me that I need to change my exercise routine and count my calories - so here I am. I'm a 48 year old single mom; love to work out at the gym lifting weights and power walking; tried running, but then I got foot problems; I did my 1st half marathon 2 years ago under 3 hours and I was thrilled! I've run in 3 10 K's as well. Would love to hear from women my age and be able to relate to our struggles regarding weight, age, etc. I'm looking forward to getting back to my goal weight and staying there!
