Just a couple question for those of you who have this device...has it helped with weight loss? Did you find the calorie burn to be more accurate than previous used devices? Is it user friendly? Was the calorie burn info close to the info you recieve from MFP? I am trying to decide if i should purchase this item....Any input would be greatly appreciate....

When I wear mine I find it quite useful However when my subscription runs out again right away I don't think I will renew... as I didn't put it on enough lately. May sell then.0

I wore the body bugg for 4 weeks. The burn was supprisingly close to the calculated burn on the MFP site. The cool thing was analyzing the burn data and comparing it to what you were doing at different times of the day. Once I learned my average daily burn with minimal exersize, I was able to set my target caloric intake. Any exersize becomes a bonus.0

I've had my Body Media Fit (BMF) for only a few days now. So far, I have noticed that the Burned Calories seem to be 200-300 higher than MFP's estimate, but I do exercise a good bit, so it's possible that my fitness amount is higher now than I reported for MFP. I have not lost the weight that the BMF says that I should have lost, but I have admitted my last couple of days have been uncharacteristically high in carbs and sodium, so I'm not sure that I'm really getting an Apples to Oranges comparison. I am getting a lot of other data from it as well, like info on my sleep efficiency and steps taken and other things. I am going to go as normal for a couple of weeks and then I will begin some experimentation to see if I can determine how accurate the measurements from this device is.
I realize that this probably doesn't help you right now. But it's all I have.0 -
I found mine INCREDIBLY helpful.

Never could have figured it out without the accuracy of my BB.0 -
Well ,since I have mine I have lost 20 lbs (since Nov) but I also learneed that I burn a lot less calories than MFP has for the same activity. I'm guess my metabolism is a bit slow. So I have learned I will have to work 2x as hard to get the same results as everyone else. I usually change my MFP entries based on my Body Media Fit.0
