tomorrows work out

so tomorrow is supposed to be plyometrics....
but i dont wanna and cant cause im on second story... :\ sooo i dunno what to do ....
legs and shoulders? but shoulders and arms are the following day :( and since im doing weights and cardio at night... i kinda dont wanna be weaksauce about this :(

    Do it anyway. Do it in the middle of the day so minimal people are home.
