working out at work

Does anybody have any suggestions for working out while at work? I work 12-hr shifts at night. I can't leave the building either. I wanted little things that don't required any equipment that I could do at work. Every now and then I do like squats or lunges in place or wall push ups (I won't do regular push ups on this nasty floor). I just wandered if there are any other suggestions. I dont really want to sweat at work just get a little fitness in. Thanks in advance
