Saturday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Jumping Jacks
Let's see if we can do 200 of them.
I'm only saying 200 cause I realize they follow the calf raises and some of you may not be up to doing more.
But, if you can do more then by all means do more!!
You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I've done it ! I even was able to do do extra. I did 6 sets of 50 with about 30 to 60 seconds rest in between. That is a total of 300. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be but I think my calves will be sore. Hope everyone else makes the chalenge. Keep up your good work!0

After reading how to do calf raises, I thought easy day.....until I started doing them.....UGH!!! I'm in for the jumping jacks - 200 here we go!!0

I did it!!! all 200. I broke it into sets ... 25-25-25-50-25-25-25. My dog thought I was crazy!
But whatever, the important thing is that I rose to the challenge and completed it.
Next time I will try sets of 50 and see if I can do more.

Wooo that about killed me but I did all 200:)0

Good challenge!
I did 100, rested and drank about 10 ounces of water, did 50, drank another 8 ounces, then did the last 50 and downed another 12 ounces.
Heart rate's up and I feel great. Thanks for the motivation!0 -
I separated them during the day. So, I don't think they burned many calories. But, I did it. It's a start.0
