Changing exercise routine?

I have changed my exercise routine. I was doing eight hours a week of water aerobics and two hours if tai chi. I got bored so I replaced four hours of the water aerobics with walking on the treadmill and doing the weight machines. Will this make my weight plateau. I didn't lose any this week which is unusual for me. In fact, I can tell I am retaining water as am quite bloated and the scaIe shows a couple of pounds weight gain. I drink 128 oz everyday so I know I am drinking enough. I'm just wondering if this new routine is something my body has to get used to. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Its always good to switch things around. I am constantly doing this myself. I was on a plateau but I was only pretty much doing Zumba. I changed the type of food I eat, incorporated Weights, Running, Sprint Intervals, and P90X, and I rotate everything according to what I feel like doing. Makes your body not get good at just one thing....0
