When is the best time to eat?

What's best; Getting up at 6.30, 30 min cycle then breakfast about 10.00 or breakfast first, cycle then a mid morning snack?

    Best: getting up WAY LATER than 630, eating breakfast, then cycle :)

    seriously though, I personally need a good 30 minutes after eating before cycling, so if you don't have the time before, just eat after. However, if you don't mind getting up a bit earlier, you'd do well to at least have half a banana before the work out.

    With that short a workout, you can probably get away without eating before it, but why would you wait so long after your workout to eat? Eating a good mix of carbs and protein immediately following your workout aids recovery.
