Hi all
I don't know much about the Bosu but have seen short clips of people using it on TV and it seems to crop up more an more in fitness magazine routines. I was a serious dancer when I was young so this looks interesting to me.
If you've used the Bosu can you tell me what you think of it and what types of training and fitness effects it is best for?
thanks in advance!
Cheers

It creates an "instability". Flip it over (flat side up) and do pushups. Ball side up I've done squats (with or without a push press) lunges (forward and side). Regular and single stiff legged dead lifts. Even just standing on it one ankle at a time and balancing.0
