70 pounds GONE! 1.2 pounds to MY goal! :)

Well I did it, and I am PROUD!!! In 4 months and 3 days I have lost an even 70 pounds. There are no magical wands, diet pills, body clensers. It just takes old fashion dedication, postve mindset, and mini goals.
