Picky Eaters

A little background, as a money saver, my son and I live with my father, sister and niece. My father doesn't eat any veggies except corn. He boycotted chicken (unless it's chicken parm) a few months ago. He complains about pork chops, steak and if i even open a can of tuna he walks around making the "it stinks like fish in here" face for hours.
My sister is picky also, but not as picky.. if I cook it, she will eat it. Side note: We look forward to the week he goes to visit my other sisters!!! Also, my sister and I would eat chicken every night of the week in a different form.. as would my niece.
I know I could make seperate dinners for me and them, but what a pain in the booty!!!!
My question here is... I am trying to find low calorie recipes that everyone in the house will eat. Any suggestions? Would appreciate anything you all can do... I have looked at countless websites, I have a ton of healthy eating cookbooks , including Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution. The only thing this family would eat is the pork chops and they complained about that.
Thank you!!!!!!!!

Go to allrecipes.com or supercook.com and enter in the foods he WILL eat to find some recipes that might work.0

Thank you... I love allrecipes.com and go on every weekend before going food shopping for ideas. Never heard of supercook.com, but went on and it seem like a great site. :-)
I am moving in with my fiance in a few weeks and he is just as picky.. but at least then I can just cook for the boy and myself. lol
