30 Day Shred

Does anyone know what the best way to log this excercise is? I did Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred for the first time last week and worked up a serious sweat and was cursing the woman because I thought she was trying to kill me. But I did the WHOLE thing without stopping and of course, as with any workout, though it's hard and I may not always like it, I felt like $1,000,000 when I was done. So, how many calories or under what type of excercise should I log this workout as? Any tips/suggestions would be helpful!

To get the most accurate reading, invest in a heart rate monitor to figure out calories burned. For now, use the circuit training or aerobics, high impact ... that's what I always used to use.

I know what you mean, though, you want credit for every single calorie burned because she's the worst!

    Way to go!

LOL. Yeah I felt that way too when I started. I'm about to do D8L1 right now. I use general curcuit training, although I don't think I spelled that right xD

I use a heart rate moniter. But track as circuit training and just alter the calories.

    I'm on level 2 day 6

trust me day 1 -3 is horrible! by th time you get to 9 and10 you breeze through it, then you start level 2 and you're feeling like you are about to die again! and the whole process repeats lol. Amazing how fast your body adapts.
  • I use my cardio trainer app, free on you phone. Acts as a pedometer and monitors your calorie loss, miles, inclines etc. Also takes your height and weight into consideration I love it!
