I had blood work done this week as a follow up to my work in January - total cholesterol 189, "good" is 67. Triglycerides 64. Doc asked what I've changed - no red meat, exercise, healthy eating, and the occasional ice cream cone. Oh, and 20 pounds lighter. He warned me that if I see myself slipping, get back in to meet with exercise coaches, etc as winter approaches.
I've had a smile on my face since the moment he called

Welcome and good luck. You'll love it here but you have to do the work. No one can do it for you. My health is now my hobby.0
