I have been using these Treadmill workouts that I found online. I really like them and wanted to share them with all of you. If any one has any more please post them, because I would love to try more!

The 20 min Treadmill Hill Workout

    HIIT works great on a treadmill as well as with running outside (actually more effective than a treadmill), swimming, recombant bike, etc. HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training. Studies have shown it is more effective for fat burning and muscle building then longer periods of aerobic exercise. These are meant to be intense, hard-working sessions, so it is not recommended to do them daily, but every other day.
