Diet Analysis

I'm taking a nutrition course and I had to do a diet analysis project this week. Well....haha. A month ago I had to keep track of my calories on this diet analysis software (it's really cool!) and this week I had to "fix" my diet according to the DASH diet. The DASH diet is generally prescribed to people that have heart disease and hypertension. Most of the macros and nutirients are the same but a few of them are different. Using the software, I wasn't able to keep my fats below 27%, my mono's between 10-15% and get at least 100% of all the recommended nutrients.
Just a little tidbit. Our diets can be good, but they will never be perfect no matter how we try. I will still take my multivitamin everyday.
I also learned that Beluga whale eyeballs are very nutritious.
