Not bragging on me, bragging on MFP

Good morning beautifuls! I just wanted to brag on MFP. First of all, I want to start out saying that I know this is not a weight loss race and that is truly not my intention. My only intention is to lose the weight safely and consistently. As I have previously stated, I joined MFP about 3 months ago at 210 lbs. I fell off of the wagon for a couple months and have only been back since July 6th. When I weighed that day, I was up to 215! (Here comes the bragging part) I have lost 4 lbs in 10 days! Still, not bragging on me, braggingg on MFP. I went to the casino last night with my family. I had about 875 calories left to eat. I didn't want to go into starvation mode, so around 11:30 last night I ate 2 casino chilli cheese dogs and about 10 cheeto puffs. I was in all kinds of casino calorie fear. I woke up this morning 1.2 lbs lighter than I did when I woke up yesterday morning. How awesome is that? I just don't see that happening on any other program. Other programs say you can eat chocolate. You can eat burgers. Truthfully, you can eat THEIR chocolate and THEIR burgers. With MFP, if you are true to yourself, a crazy fattening, casino chilli dog (or 2) won't throw you off track. I couldn't be more excited. Thanks so much MFP!
