These people are going through some of the same things that people on MFP are dealing with, and it's very motivating to see it on video blog and you see how people live their lives changing their habits! I recommend it, it's on netflix.

    I've seen it too and have tried juicing a bit...it's very time consuming with the low end juicer I have but the juice I've had is YUMMY! :)

    I'll have to check it out but is it anywhere else other than Netflix? I just canceled my subscription cause of the price changes. :noway:

    Oh Em Gee! I have that hive problem!!! I'm always getting hives in weird spots from weird things like pressure from opening a bottle, carrying something heavy, bumping into something. Sheesh.
