Any suggestions please?

So im doing atleast 30 min of cardio a day might add in 20 min of hula hooping. I pretty much do loads of walking at work and im following my cals on here and in two weeks have only gone over 100 cals on one day. Usually im under what it says to do. But Im still not loosing I have lost 1 lb in two weeks. Its frustrating. I drink water instead of other stuff I have two cups of coffee and maybe a glass of green tea if I want somthing different. Anybody have any suggestions, hints or tips. Imnot going to stop im going to keep at it but its very frustrating.. Thanks
