HELLO EVERYONE! HOPE YOU ARE HAVING A WONDERFUL WEEKEND!! TO THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A BIT OF A WORKOUT CHALLENGE FOR TODAY, HERE IT IS:
THE "100" CHALLENGE:
YOU CAN DO 100 MINS OF WORKOUTS OR YOU CAN DIVIDE UP DIFFERENT EXERCISES UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE SOMETHING 100 TIMES.
EXAMPLE:
20 CRUNCHES
20 JUMPING JACKS
20 MINS 30 DAY SHRED
40 MINS OF WALKING
YOU CAN DIVIDE IT UP HOWEVER YOU LIKE, EVEN IF YOU JUST DO 100 CRUNCHES. IT IS TOTALLY UP TO YOU HOW YOU MAKE THE "100" CHALLENGE. HAVE FUN WITH IT!! POST BACK AND LET ME KNOW HOW YOU ARE GONNA DO IT!!
AND AS ALWAYS, DRINK UP THE OZ.'s OF WATER!!!

I'm in! I plan on doing 60 minutes on cardio equipment at the gym so this will keep me motivated to do my strength training when I get home!

Cool, count me in! It will be a mix of cardio and push-ups, probably, though I may try for 100 minutes of working out :-)0

Thanks for the midday energy break. I did 20 crunches & 20 jumping jacks. Earlier today I did Turbo Fire Greatest HIITs(20 min). And later tonight we will be doing an Insanity video.0

I am in!! I already did my 100 crunches, going to do 100 jumping jacks, already did Curves for 30 mins., now needing to walk.... Great day!!0
