New to the Site

I am new to the site, but so far I love it. I have been trying to get back into some shape after a few years off due to surgery and lack of motivation. Plan on using this site to track my diet, workouts and progress back into racing shape for the spring! Hope to meet new friends here, to share stories and tips of dieting, working out, pre / post recovery and anything else that might be of interest!

    I am new to this site as well. Have been using it every day this week so far and love it. I always forget just how much I'm consuming because I never keep track. But having it all laid out and calculated for me on this is fantastic!! I hope to see some changes along with working out at the gym :)
