Weight loss plateau - any suggestions

I have been stuck on a plateau for a little over two weeks now, I have been maintaining my regular exercise routine and consistently meeting or coming in under my calorie intake goals, my weight has fluctuated with slight variations up and down at the 200 mark, any suggestions?

    Changing up your routine helps a lot, your body can get use to doing the same exercise. Oh, and try adding maybe 200 calories to your diet for a week or two and see if that jumpstarts your metabolism again!

    sometimes switching up your workouts or trying to incorportate intervals into your workouts can help move your body from a platau
