Im the same way... I recently started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I can't seem to get past level 1 but at least it gives me a decent workout and works allll over. I also do squats and crunches. Im just under 250lb so its not like Im a skinny minnie doing all this lol. Like everyone's said, it doesn't go on overnight, it won't come off overnight.0

Walking has helped my core and has helped me lose inches in my stomach and abs. So has aquafit it is great for the core. I definitely think strecth training could be good as well but the weight comes off 1st whereever you wished it wouldn't but next it seems you can really see it in the face. Next slowly it starts to hit where you want it to. So keep it up. Yes if you find something that works better for you go for it but if walking is what you can do now keep at it. But by all means add exercise that works it all. I love Zumba. Keep it up. Find something you love. Definitely recommend Aquafit though for core.0
