I love my kids but when they come home I tend to eat way more than I should so now my scale is going the wrong way! Well I also slacked on the exercise. But I keep trying. I keep telling myself that nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels but I'm truly have motivation trouble and I just don't know why it seemed easier before and now seems so hard. Any advice would be appreciated.  My ticker is running backward:sad:

Hi there. I know what you're saying.....almost 2 years ago with Weight Watchers, I lost 20 lbs and looked GREAT and now for some reason, it won't work anymore. I can't get anything to work! I'm very frustrated also! I am 34 today and don't know where to turn to anymore.

But just keep your head high and do your best! It will happen, I have faith!

Eat before you get hungry! Sounds silly. I eat something healthy before dinner, or snack time. Sometimes it may be a whole meal, or just enough to tie me over, that way I'm already satisfied while looking at all the yummy things they get to eat!

Thanks everyone for your ideas. I didn't think I would be here (at this frustrating point:grumble: ) after being on this site since aug. of 2007 but I guess it's just a matter of winning one day at a time for me. I do well for awhile and then I just want to eat constantly:embarassed: . I don't know why. Again thanks for your ideas. Hope my ticker starts moving the right way again soon. LOL
