Does anyone have any feedback on Jillian's Yoga Meltdown. I have it, but haven't tried it yet. Wondering what to expect.

Thanks!

I did it from my cable's on demand once, it was tough but not impossible, I sweat like I never have before and actually felt so good afterwards I laughed out loud. I really should go buy it...

It's not really traditional Vinyasa yoga, but I really love it for a good, stretchy workout. I burn about the same doing that as I do when doing her Ripped in 30 (about 250-275). Even if you're not super familiar with yoga, it's a good DVD and she definitely works you. It seems like a vacation when compared to RI30 or the 30DS, but, as I wrote before, it burns a LOT of calories.

I've done yoga for about five years (on and off), and I enjoy this video even at level one. She isn't a typical yoga instructor, but I don't expect her to be. There are good modificaitons for varying levels, too.

Good luck, and happy workouts!
