Same old story...

Hi all,
I really need some help! Since the beginiing of June my weight has been at a standstill and I don't know what to do. Please help!
I am 5' 9" and pretty active. I work out almost everyday... I have been doing P90X since the beginning of May. I walk at a good pace 45 mins 4x/ week. I eat most of my exercise calories. I have my settings set to lose 1.5 lbs a week and my target calorie intake is 1420. What to do?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Take a cple days off the exercise and eat a little different...shake things up to keep your body guessing...it seems to acclimate to routine and a change gets it started again., then go back to routine. :-)0
