Does anyone have a nice recipe for a (peanut, sugar, and chocolate) FREE, protien bar???

This site is a great site I go here for a lot of my recipes and you can always substitute out the chocolate and sugar for something else if you find a recipe that calls for it. I love to use unsweetened applesauce in mine. Good luck.
