Okay, so the first one was right before I went on vacation. I had to buy new panties! The ones I had were baggy (bleh) and sliding down inside my clothes. Tack-eh!
The next one happened on vacation. We went to the Grand Canyon and I was able to hike around on the Rim Trail, pushing a big stroller with a toddler and our gear (water, camera bag, lenses, snacks, water, and more water, and our purses) around. I didn't get winded, my legs didn't cramp, and it felt great to hike up hills, down hills and enjoy the EPIC scenery!
Then today, I went back to my 5 mile walking + strength DVD with Leslie Sansone. Usually I have to stop using the bands on the arms in the 3rd mile and I can't complete even the no band arm movement in the end because my shoulders hurt. Today, I did the ENTIRE workout, arms and all!!! I even ended up jogging a little during the workout.
I was also able to complete 200 jumping jacks for the Saturday Mini Challenge after the 5 miles.
And finally, I got into a pair of jeans I couldn't stretch over my gut three weeks ago!!! They fit nicely, don't pinch and look awesome.
