Love Smoothies

Has anyone bought online from this company? My gym sells their smoothies & they are fab, my fav i the Big 5 & see that you can buy them online in frozen individual packs for a pound each, just add either apple of orange juice & blend from frozen.

Only problem I have is they don't mention any calorie or nutritional value but as they are just fresh frozen fruit it can't be bad for you?

try googling the company. My Shakeology packs have all the info as well as my site. I'd check the webpage of the smoothie and see what its got.
