I like whey protein, milk (2%), frozen strawberries, and frozen bananas.... or whey, milk, bananas, chocolate, and peanut butter!0

This is the one I make on the weekends for breakfast or lunch:
1 container of plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 c. frozen strawberries
1/2 c. skim milk
1 banana
Blend until smooth. There are many different variations you can do with this depending on favorite fruits but this one is my favorite.0 -
I like yogurt, pineapple or orange juice, half a banana, blueberries, oats, and peanut butter0

Hi, the smoothie I make is this:
2 c dole frozen mixed fruit
1 c water
1/2 c lowfat milk or nonfat yogurt
2 packets of Truvia!
OR
1/2 c Ice
1 c lowfat milk or nonfat yogurt
1/4 c Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
2 Bananas, sliced
2-4 TBS. sugar free Chocolate syrup to taste
P.S. Also, if he is a coffee drinker I have this as well:
1/2 c ice
1 c pre-chilled cup of strong coffee
lowfat milk or nonfat vanilla or coffee flavored yogurt
2 packets of Truvia or to taste
Blend all ingredients together in each recipe don't combine both recipes. LOL Not sure how that would come out! ;p Enjoy cold!0 -
One of my favs: vegan protein powder, banana, pineapple, agave nectar, spinach (I know...but it is soooo good and you don't taste the spinach at all) blackberries, water, ice (or freeze the bananas and pineapple). into my Living Well Blender....yummy.0

I do chocolate slimfast with a banana in it0

1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup watermelon
a tsp of vanilla extract
a little Stevia
2-5 pieces of ice
Blend.
For breakfast, add a little non flavored whey protien powder...off ya go.
PS Total recipe is only about 100 cal. depending on the protien powder...added or not.0 -

That second one sounds to die for, but the banana's and milk are about 300 cals alone, don't know what the reduced cal peanut butter is....yikes!0 -

Sorry that was my first original recipe before I adapted it for my new fit lifestyle on MYFITNESSPAL! Also, I forgot to add that the bananas are 2 SMALL bananas. and that the Peanut Butter was no longer 1/4 c but 2 TBS. and each recipe is for 2 servings. I have since corrected the recipe thanks!
