I'm hailing from a small town near New Orleans. Took a look at myself one day, realized that I was halfway to 70, and decided that if I wanted to reach 70, I'd have to make some changes. Before coming to this site, I initially weighed in at 369.3 lbs. 7 weeks of diet, exercise, and supplements have dropped that to 321.8. I'm on a ketogenic diet of sorts, I watch my calories, and make sure I supplement myself with vitamins, probiotics, and fish oil. I have absolutely no problem staying on this diet, because I get to eat the foods that I want and I'm never hungry.
The first two weeks were easy, the next two a bit harder as I switched from reduced calories to keto (which coincided with two parties which featured some of my favorite treats)... but I have persevered and now it's simply a way of life.
