Steps to Wellness:

1. Eat whole, unprocessed foods
2. Drink ALOT of water! Seriously...
3. Exercise and SWEAT, its soooo good for you!
4. Intake Vitamins/Minerals with an emphasis on antioxidents
5. Manage stress
6. SLEEP!
7. No substance abuse, this includes caffiene, smoking, etc.

    I have to ease up on the caffeine, but I get so tired during the day...I need something to give me some ENERGY!!! Geez...Any ideas? Maybe if I would sleep more that would help...And that is one of the 7 steps!!

    I'm good without about 4.5! LOL The managing stress depends on any given day!! :laugh: And I am not completely into whole foods yet and I cannot give up my morning cup of coffee! I only drink the one though.......so not horrible I guess! :wink:

    Hmm, #1 seems to be tough. The organic stuff is expensive! I do try though. I even found an organic red wine that is NOT expensive and I do TRY not to abuse that, which can be tough depending upon which group of girlfriends I am with on any given weekend, ha ha. Love to workout, love my water so those are good.
