This week I decided to really pay attention to my sodium intake because usually I go way over. And WOW! Keeping it under 2500mg everydya has not only made me drop a pound but I'm not as hungry! I LOVE THIS! Anyone else have similiar results when they watched sodium?

I'm having lots of trouble keeping my sodium down. But I'm trying! I'm not sure how it'll work yet. I'm under today but yesterday was an eat out treat day so I had wayyyy too much sodium. But thanks for sharing, I know what kind of difference it can make now!

mine is set at 1400, most of the time Im under 1000 today, You do need sodium so I will go out my way and have something salty so that its not to low today I think it under 500, It help to keep me less bloated and blood pressure normal. It has other healthy benefit to if you have a lower sodium than 25000 a day , like your blood vessel will not harden and can flex more. so you will have better blood circulation

Mine is about half the limit every day. One thing I've really noticed is that I use WAY less lip balm, these days. Not only that, but, when I was on vacation and did go over for a couple days, I was slathering it on, again. Less sodium solves a LOT of problem. Increasing your potassium intake helps, too, especially if you're still having trouble reducing your sodium.
