I've been a member for a while now but I never actually made a post here. My name is Jeremy. I decided to start losing weight starting in March by cutting down calories, drinking lots of water, and working out at least twice with the help of myfitnesspal app on my iPhone. I also take a daily supplement to make up for what I miss nutritionally. This is a change from my old ways of drinking many cups of soda everyday, NEVER working out, and eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. I weighed 258 pounds on March 1 and today I weigh 218 and I hope to lose another 40-50 pounds, hopefully by December or January. If anyone has had any experience with losing this much weight with simple diet and exercise alone, I would appreciate any and all tips.
