This is a great site, I love the tracking- and even though it may not be exact, ist come close enough to tell you if you are OFF or on the money! love it On my way to WLS with the lap band and starting a new life, new way of eating, new way to treat my body and the results promise to be like a rebirth!

    Welcome - you'll love this site. Good luck with your surgery, I have been wanting to get the lap band but keep hesitating because of the restrictions after the surgery. Best of luck with your weight loss journey :)
