What is your goal 1 or 2lb loss? I have it set up for a 1lb loss, but thinking of changing it to 2, what is the most common goal? Thanks!

I have mine set at 2.... but it doesnt always work that way... I concentrate more on goals of my eating and exercise habits

Why don't you try 1lb and then switch to 2 if you feel 1lb is too easy or you have excess energy? I chose 1lb a week because I know that at the stage I'm in its a lot harder to lose. When I first started 2lbs a week was ok STILL hard but doable, now I'm busting my *kitten* and can only manage 1lb. See with what you feel best doing, do a trial week lol.

I wouldn't really rely on that. When I first started I had it set to 2 lbs and lost nothing, then changed it to 1 lb and started losing 2lbs a week (for a while, then back to nothing). It takes some experimenting to figure things out.

I think it depends on how much weight you have to lose. Generally, the less you have to lose, the lower your goal should be. I have my goal set to 1 lb/week, and I started with 35 lb to lose. If I tried to lose 2 lb/week, which is a 1000 calorie deficit per day, I would have to eat under 1000 calories per day, which a) I could never do and b) is extremely unhealthy. I think you just have to assess what is physically possible for you, and what is safe for you at this stage.
