    @OP, a great way to keep yourself from feeling hungry is to imagine the taste of large quantities of salt, close your eyes, and pretend to shake salt into your mouth via saltshaker.

    Btw, I'm 5'10" so technically, you would be the mini Anubis apprentice. I see greatness happening. When you've attained the maximum amount of admins before banning becomes imminent, I can be banned in peace.

    A 60-day body conditioning/weight loss program made by Beachbody (along with P90X and TurboFire). It's mostly based on intense cardio and interval training.

    Also, serious answer for the OP. Insanity is a REALLY tough program that takes a large toll on your body. You will need to increase your caloric intake to at least 1800-2100, eating lean protein with every meal so your body can handle the intensity and recover properly. Drink lots of water as well.
