Almost there... before/now w/pics

My wife bought a scale at the first of the year because she started MFP. I was at 198 then and frankly happy to be under 200. I had been walking, but I stepped up my exercise and lost 8 lbs. I was also seeing how my wife, daughter and son-in-law were dropping weight with MFP so I decided to join in March. This is the first time in my life that I have actually watched everything I eat in addition to exercising 6 days a week. My idea of losing weight in the past was to just exercise and cut back...without keeping track of anything. I found out that I like logging of what I eat and my exercise. I am now at 175 and feeling great. 5 more to go!
