i m new to mfp but i have lost 3 kgs in 3 weeks want to loose about 27 kgs...mfp is a fantastic site n ppl here r v supportive n friendly ....the lesson i learnt fron here is there is nothing impossible....
i love success stories they always give hope n inpiration n the feeling that WE CAN DO IT.....

    i want to just add a little tip for beginners that i plan my diary ahead like when i get up in the morning i ll plan the whole day what i m going to eat n what i am going to exercise n how many calories i m saving...n then i strictly follow that...it is v helpful to me

    I wish I could do that...it's hard to do because I live with my mum still, so I never know what we're having for dinner. I guess I could do it for breakfast and lunch though.
  • Offer to make dinner for your mum, you get brownie points for being a good daughter and you control the calories. There are loads of easy low cal recipes on the net.

    for dinner what u can do is control the portion..n if the dinner z v rich n fattening u can have a lil bit of that n rest u can fill up with fruit....hope it works
