Help!

I'm having trouble! Can I ask what your daily calorie goals are? Mine is 1300, and I have trouble reaching that. I just calculated my BMR and apparently in order to lose weight I need to be eating about 550-600 extra calories since I'm doing insanity, ahh. Do you think I'm making it harder to lose weight by only eating almost1300 a day? I've always known weight loss to be from low-calorie intake =/ I don't want to be making it harder on myself, I hope I haven't been doing that without realizing.

    You definitely need to eat ALL your calories. Starving your body is just gonna make things harder!
